The facility is closed to the public with only the people YOU invited inside. This creates a relaxed and safe environment for you and your guests to enjoy the function for 90 minutes as if it were in your very own home.

At X5 Academy our promise to you is to deliver you the ultimate party through three highly trained coaches that will put you and your friends to the test! We will guide you to each step and teach you the skills necessary leaving you exhausted yet satisfied at the same time.

Now you know how to jump around the gym...lets put it to the test! With a variety of games including LASER TAG, 'WARPED WALL', FOAM PIT GAMES, NINJA WARRIOR CIRCUITS and more, you'll have to draw on all your newly learnt skills as you navigate your way around  Western Australia's BIGGEST purpose built Parkour facility.

X5 Academy parties cater to ages as young as 5 through to adult and with packages for 10,20 or even 30 participants no one will miss out on the fun. Once you have purchased your party we will send you your confirmation email with a downloadable Party Invite Pack with all the Invites and FAQ's so you can start inviting your mates and prepare yourself to PARTY LIKE NEVER BEFORE!!

 

HOW TO BOOK A PARTY?

 

Simply scroll down on the home page to our Birthday party section. Select the month you wish to have, once you have selected your month choose from one of the two time slots available and follow through in all details required.

FAQ

 WHAT SHOULD I BRING AND WHAT IS PROVIDED?

X5 Academy Provides,prizes (stickers,merchandise) and have bottled water on premises for purchase. We will provide you with a tabled area for you to place presents,food etc for your guests to enjoy. X5 Academy DOES NOT provide any food as we feel this is best left to our guests as everyone has their own individual tastes and preferences when it comes to food. HOWEVER WE DO SUPPLY ALL PARTY UTENSILS

HOW LONG DOES A PARTY GO FOR?

Our parties run for 1 and a half hours (90min). We recommend if you are the host to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your party to prepare your food (If applicable). Once your party has finished we ask that you and your guests vacate the facility within 10-15mins as our staff will need to clean and sanitize the gym before leaving.

CAN I FILM/TAKE PHOTOS?

Absolutely, If you wish to film/take photos you are more than welcome. X5 Academy can provide a professional photographer at a cost of $70. If you wish to use this service please tick the appropriate box at the time of your order. Pictures will be edited and will be available for pickup on a USB courtesy of Graham Hay Images and Photography.

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

If for any reason you wish to cancel your party up to two weeks before the event, a $50 administration fee will be charged with the remaining amount being refunded. Cancellation of a party WITHIN two weeks will incur a 50% fee to cover loss of income as the space cannot be sold on to another consumer. Rescheduling of parties can be done by contacting management via email. Any purchase/refund of a party CANNOT be used/transferred to other classes/sessions.
